Riyadh, October 30, 2025 – The Adaptive Techsoft Company (ATS) has announced the signing of three new agreements for the implementation and operation of the advanced medical information system CareWare in its latest version, during its participation in the Global Health Exhibition 2025 held in Riyadh.

The agreements were signed with Raqamat Specialized Hospital, Khatwa Specialized Hospitals, and Masharif Hospital, as part of efforts that reflect the confidence of the private healthcare sector in the Kingdom in national expertise and the digital transformation solutions offered by ATS.

Raqamat Specialized Hospital is the first private specialized hospital serving the southern region and Najran, encompassing a wide range of advanced medical specialties, including an Oncology Center, an Infertility and IVF Center, and a Dialysis Unit, with a bed capacity of up to 150 beds. Through the implementation of the CareWare system (web version), the hospital aims to enhance performance efficiency and improve the quality of medical services provided to patients.

Khatwa Specialized Hospitals are the leading destination in the Kingdom for the treatment and rehabilitation of addiction patients and mental health disorders, offering comprehensive treatment programs that include medical, psychological, and recreational support, supervised by specialized staff with over 30 years of experience. The implementation of the CareWare system comes as part of their plans to develop their digital infrastructure and improve the quality of care provided to patients and recovering individuals.

Masharif Hospital has also joined the list of new partners. It is a leading healthcare facility offering integrated medical services covering a number of medical and surgical specialties, including emergency care, otolaryngology (ENT), internal medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, cosmetic surgery, general surgery, and orthopedics. The implementation of the CareWare system is part of its strategy to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient experience through the latest medical technologies.

CareWare is one of the most prominent locally developed medical systems for health information management, offering integrated solutions including electronic medical records management, appointment scheduling, resource management, and performance reports, through an easy-to-use interface that supports operational sustainability and data integration within an advanced digital health environment.
